Ghost is quite strong speed super villain but it requires real money or crystals to get. Alternative is Vulture but it is acquired through Enemy Shift on Special Mission: Spidey’s Rogues Galleary or 20 Biometrics daily(requires real money). So it is hard to get Vulture’s biometrics and takes time to make Vulture to 6 rank and Tier-2.
